 Our
principal broker Anne Wachler
(R) founded Poipu Connection
Realty in 1994 as a property
management and general real
estate firm. Because of her
strong belief in customer service,
integrity, and a "can-do"
attitude toward the real estate
business, our company has prospered
and grown.
Today, our office location is
5488 Koloa Road, Koloa Hawaii.
We have served the public from
this location for over 10 years.
Our principal broker Anne Wachler
(R) was born in New Jersey.
She attended college then owned
several successful retail businesses
in California before moving
to Kauai in 1986. She was licensed
as a real estate salesperson
in California in 1985 and in
Hawaii in 1986. Anne became
a Hawaii real estate broker
in 1989.
Our broker in charge. Larry Wachler
(R) is a former microelectronics
engineer who became licensed
as a Hawaii real estate salesperson
in 1995 to help Anne with the
day-to-day operation of Poipu
Connection Realty. Larry was
born in Michigan attended college
in California and worked as
an engineer, manager and director
of several major electronics
companies for over 30 years
before moving to Kauai with
his family in 1986. He became
licensed as a Hawaii real estate
broker in 2003.
Anne and Larry were married in
1976 after a 23 day sail-boat
trip from Lahaina, Maui to Newport
Beach, Calif. They have one
son Benjamin who lives on Kauai
and works in the business with
them.
